Plantation Breeze is now…Tropical Breeze!
When I first made these plates, I couldn’t come up with a name that I liked, so I had a name these plates giveaway. The winning name was Plantation Breeze. It was the best name out of all the entries, so that’s what I’ve been calling them for the last nine months.
But, I’ve decided to call them Tropical Breeze now! I like that name better!
And now they come in square.
I really like the square plates, can’t wait to glaze them! I also made a rectangular tray. The photos were taken right after I made the plates and tray, before I cleaned them up, and made them pretty! I’ll definitely make some in green, some in off white, and vintage blue. I also want to try some shino glazes.
Like these!
1) light blue shino, 2) light shino, 3) mocha shino, 4) goldenrod shino, 5) cedar shino,
6) shino, 7) steel grey shino, 8) leopard shino, and 9) pistachio shino. I’ll have to do a lot of glaze testing!
Hmmm…not sure if the name will fit these colors though!
